My professional mission statement is, "To impact people in a positive way." I work towards this goal by striving to improve how we hire and how we treat people throughout the process; coaching individuals on how to transform their careers, advising and partnering with hiring managers, and when there's time left over, sharing useful knowledge about these things more broadly.
